JOB ANNOUNCEMENT

JA#001-09/26  EpiC Project

RACHA implements the U.S. government-funded Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) project. To support strategic health communication and community engagement efforts, the project seeks to engage a qualified and creative Video Production Specialist or Firm to collaborate closely with the program's technical and health communication teams in the development of high-quality video products. The assignment will focus on the following key themes:

  • World Breastfeeding Week Campaign,
  • Capacity strentening on Non-pneumatic Anti-Shock Garments (NASG) and its Impact on Maternal Health Outcomes.

The video production specialist/Firm will be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, filming, editing, and producing compelling video content that effectively communicates project achievements, best practices, and key health messages. The videos should be engaging, informative, and audience-centered, with the objective of stimulating public interest, community engagement, and increasing awareness of the featured topics among communities, stakeholders, and the general public.

Working in close collaboration with project staff and key stakeholders, the consultant/firm will ensure that all video products are technically accurate, visually appealing, culturally appropriate, and aligned with the EpiC branding compliance.

Job Title          :           Video Production Specialist

Duty Station    :           Head Quarter Office, Phnom Penh

Report to         :           Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:         

Under the supervision of RACHA, the consultant/firm will be responsible for the following:

Deliverable:

Produce a creative 1-to-3-minute video documentary highlighting the key messages of both topics. Broadcast these videos across three popular media channels.

Activities:

Script writing for the video an analyzing topics and specifications and liaising with technical teams and stakeholders to gather information before the composition process;

  • Scheduling meetings with the team to discuss project requirements;
  • Communicating any issues to the supervisor in a timely manner;
  • Traveling to the project sites to meet communities and all related stakeholders  or relocating for the duration of the assignment;
  • Participate in world breastfeeding campaign, training sessions, field work of project stakeholder to gain new ideas, and inspire and support their performance.
  • Video shooting of core service activities of target groups.

Job Requirements:

Education, requirement and Experience

  • Have at least 4 years of experience and excellent understanding in photography & video production;
  • Expertise in shooting video interview;
  • Expertise in video editing and video animation/effect;
  • Experienced in similar production works;
  • Equipped with high-end production equipment to produce quality videos.
