RACHA Implements the Multi-Sectoral Food Security and Nutrition (MUSEFO) GIZ project in two provinces is looking for a qualified consultant to continue to develop the MESEFO database in connecting with the RACHA Central Reporting System. The MUSEFO database system consists of 4 components including Care Group Session, Saving for Change and Revolving Fund, Field Implementation Supervisor, Report and User group policy database system for keeping data and generates remote access for staff and management team.

The functions of the system will be embedded in RCRS database system, web-based application that it’s easy for users to access inside and outside. the system will be supported for two languages Khmer and English.

Job Title          :           DATA DEVELOPER (1 position)

Duty Station    :           Head Quarter Office, Phnom Penh

Report to         :           Project Director

The roles and responsibilities included:

 Develop the function of database system including as follows: 

Care Group Session

• Form VHSG/CGL with permission
• Form Care Group with permission
• Form Training/Meeting/Home-visit
• Form Growth Monitoring with permission
• Form Home Visit with permission
• Report for Form VHSG/CGL and export to excel
• Report for Form Care Group and export to excel
• Report for Form Training/Meeting/Home-visit and export to excel
• Report for Form Growth Monitoring and export to excel
• Report for Report for Form VHSG/CGL and export to excel
• Report for Home Visit and export to excel

Saving for Change

• Form Saving Group with permission
• Form Training/Meeting with permission
• Form Revolving Fund with permission
• Form Monthly Report with permission
• Report for Form Saving Group and export to excel
• Report for Form Training/Meeting and export to excel
• Report for Revolving Fund and export to excel
• Report for Monthly Report and export to excel

Field Implementation Supervisor

• Form Health/Training with permission
• Form Health/Activity with permission
• Report for Form Health/Training and export to excel
• Report for Form Health/Activity and export to excel

System Setting

• System Group
• System User
• System Permission with Group

Tools and Softwares the functions of will embedded in the RCRS database system

• C#  - for coding
• JQuery
• IIS – for web server
• ASP.NET
• MS SQL – for database server

Qualification Requirements:

Knowledge and skills: Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences. Knowledge of Project management, Problem Solving Skills, MS Exchange 365 MS Active Directory, Understanding of web application and mobile app development, Networking and Network Security, Symantec Backup Exec, CISCO Manage Switch, Firewalls​ Fortinet and Proxy server.

Experience: Minimum eight years of job related professional experience necessary with International Organization and Non-Government Organization (NGO) and experience in managing IT team.

Languages: Strong knowledge of Khmer and English, both orally and in writing.

Others: Good interpersonal skills, hardworking, honest and with strong commitment in work and ability to travel to the field.
